Fatigue

Chronic fatigue is a debilitating disease with unknown cause that affects many of my clients. They often have tried every therapy on the planet, get better for a while, - and then fall into fatigue again. The condition can be accompanied by pain, depression, brain fog, digestive issues and many more. It is not surprising, that my clients can feel down and despaired, as they just don’t know what is wrong with them, - yet they are quite sick.

There are many lesser expressions of fatigue. Currently, many of us are experiencing post-viral-fatigue. In most cases, it doesn’t turn into long-covid, but it can show how people with chronic fatigue might feel.

I always explain, how the environment we live in can put exhausting pressure on our immune system and our metabolism. Imagine, having to live with high noise levels, day and night! We would go insane. - As we don’t have senses to alert us to environmental factors like electropollution or mould, we don’t cognise their constant impact. Imagine living in a mould infected home (as many of us do with the constant rain we had) and breathing in millions of mould spores. Each one of them has to be destroyed by the immune system in our lungs: A huge effort by the body, that we are completely unaware of. It is exhausting to the body, as it battles the spores day and night.

This creates a level of stress that has the body on edge, and when an additional stress comes along, we might experience an over-reaction, as in allergies. Often overlooked are mental over-reactions, like anxiety and depression. As well, we can get really sick from a bacterium or virus, that a healthy body would have no problem with.

The increasing levels of EMF and EMR are also challenging. I regularly find homes, where the ‘extreme’ level of the buildingbiological measuring standard is exceeded significantly, especially from WIFI.

If the body is exposed to such stress factors day and night, - it never can rest and rebuild. Fatigue and exhaustion is the result. Opportunistic secondary infections can creep in and make things even worse.

We need to do all we can, to strengthen our immune system and to take unnecessary pressure of it. A buildingbiological consultation is one important step in this process. - Imagine you never service your car: One day, it will come to a grinding halt, when you go up a hill. Can you blame the hill?

Good nutrition and exercise, as well as good sleep are well known contributors to good health and wellbeing. - Just like good fuel, regular runs, and good maintenance, are important in maintaining your car. Isn’t it odd, how we can find it obvious to maintain our ‘things’, but difficult to maintain our own body?

Thankfully, there are plenty of professionals, who can help you doing just that. Invest in your health, BEFORE you get sick!
