Gadgets

How about a stylish sticker, that protects you from the radiation emitted by your phone? Or a necklace that protects against viruses? A special coil that helps you sleep? Frequently, clients show me expensive gadgets that are supposed to miraculously neutralise electro-pollution, get rid of mould, toxic energies, energise them, harmonise their home, etc. Claims include impressive terminology that few people really understand, like Quantum Mechanics, or names like Nicola Tesla. Such gadgets are generally much more expensive than my consultation, and it surprises me how much money is spent on these promising …. things.

There is one easy way to determine, whether you are being sold snake oil: If it is too good to be true, it isn’t true! Any product, claiming to heal the all the common health problems, is a scam. If you look carefully, the websites don’t actually make any claims (that would open them to litigation). They create an agreement with you, then build a story on that. Who doesn’t want to be young and beautiful forever, sleep well, be strong and fit, loose weight? A magical solution, that happens to fit everyone’s lifestyle and needs, -what a bargain. So at the end of reading the whole promotional story, we look at the so-called enthusiastic ‘reviews’ and click the Order Now button, edged on by an irresistible offer, once we subscribed to the newsletter. —— Don’t fall for it! You are a complex human being, there is no simple fix that takes care of all your ailments.

Instead, > identify the actual problem, so you can address it. See a specialist, like a doctor, a physiotherapist, a psychologist, or a buildingbiologist. Take a holistic view. - This is of course much more difficult, but it works. It is not a placebo, it will be an actual solution to an identified problem. Solving deep seated issues also will take time, sweat, and tears. But it works. It makes you stronger, and you own the outcome!
