You will have noticed that some places feel more inviting to you, while others feel strange, cold, creepy, impersonal. You feel safe, -you relax and open up. You feel uneasy, you stay alert. We are all unconsciously sensing our environment, all the time.

I am finding in my home consultations, that the art of cleaning is slowly becoming a lost art, and I am not sure, why. -Many of the problems we have (mould, allergies, fatigue, disconnection) can be addressed by simply keeping things clean and in good maintenance.
